HPMC Technical Documents

Technical data sheets, safety data sheets and sample certificates of analysis for the ALCellu HPMC range. Each document is sent out with its version number and the date it changed, so a copy you receive today can be checked against a quotation tomorrow.

Technical documents are released together with the grade list. Tell us which system you are formulating and we send the TDS and SDS for the matching grade — usually the same working day.

MSDS and sample COA are released to professional users only, so we ask for three details first. The TDS for a grade travels with our reply.

Reading the TDS is not the same as running it in your mix

A 200 g sample of the grade you are evaluating, taken from stock, with the recommended dosage for your application. Reply within 12 working hours.

Conditions of use for these documents

TDS — on request

Technical data sheets are sent on request, usually with our first reply, and may be forwarded inside your organisation or to a customer. Values are typical values from production control, not a specification guarantee.

MSDS — professional users

Safety data sheets are released to professional users who handle the material at work. That is why we ask for a company name and a work email before sending one.

COA — per lot

The certificate of analysis belongs to a specific lot, so the file here is a sample. The COA for the lot you receive is issued with the shipment and states the measured values.

Version changes: when a document is revised, the version and the date in the list above change and the previous file is archived rather than overwritten, so a specification quoted against an older version can still be traced.
