What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is set per grade and per packaging format, and mixed containers are possible for trial orders. Send the grade, the packing you prefer and the destination port, and we confirm MOQ together with the packing list in the same reply.
Is the sample free?
The 200 g sample is free of charge. The dispatch arrangements for your destination are set out in the sample confirmation we send before anything leaves the warehouse.
Can I combine several grades in one shipment?
Yes. Different grades can share a container as long as the total loading stays within the weight limit and each grade keeps its own lot identification. Send the list of grades and the destination port, and the quotation shows the split.
